1. Fried Chicken (Original and Korean) Kim Chi spam musubi Pickled Apple and Celery Spring Hill to be MA’ONO (formally Monday Fried Chicken Pop Up Dinner) So this is my tribute post to the eluded Spring Hill Fried Chicken Pop Up Dinners… It is typcially a long month wait to snag a reservation for Seattle’s BFC.  Yes that means Best Fried Chicken. Plenty of food and the Korean style is a party, the American style was good as well. Sides are on point, though I prefer my spam musasbi with an egg. As of 2/8/12, MA’ONO will be serving BFC everyday.
